Welcome to the Monkey Punch Fan Club! Here, lovers of Lupin the 3rd and other great MP series can mingle. Fanart, cosplay pictures, and fanfiction are all welcome.
For those who are new to the Lupin fandom, Katou Kazuhiko (better known by his pen name Monkey Punch), is the creator of the Lupin the 3rd series that has lasted over 36 years. At this club we try to pay tribute to all of his works, but look mainly to the thief of the moment: Lupin the 3rd.
So, if you are a hardcore fan or just want to see what it's all about, stop on in and join!

I have been thinking away on future contests for the ~
monkey-punch club and was wondering what would you look for in prizes?
I’ve gone through some of my old things and found stuff like Lupin phone straps, UFO prizes, key chain holders, postcards, CD’s and stuff, but also wondered if items like DA subscriptions would do.
The reason why I ask is that the next contest that I would like to run goes for the entire year.
It would be the ’12 Months of Lupin Calendar Contest’ showcasing the winning artist for each month [including a centerfold] then by December 2005 voting for the top 5 Lupin artists for the year.
I only have an outline for the rules and guidelines, but would like to see if anyone is interested before I put anymore thought into it *L*
So! Input folks! What do you think? Please respond here and let me know

Some movies that had Zenigata with a boss that you could search for are The Fuma Conspiracy [Zenigata turns to a life of a monk in the beginning], Legend of Gold Babylon [this is a good one. If i am correct because i havent seen this one in a while...His chief from Japan comes to find him. If i remember correctly you find that he did have a family but lost them in his obsession with apprehending Lupin], and Secret of Twilight Gemini.
